Product Refills

We are passionate about our environmental footprint and reducing the amount of packaging used. We take our responsibility to the environment very seriously. We provide refillable and recyclable packaging options to customers, minimise plastics and use sustainably sourced natural ingredients. 

A new refill concept is coming to Cherie Em. There will be a location where you can drop off your jars and pick up your favourite products in larger jar sizes, keep it in the fridge and scoop out into smaller jars if you’d like to. We will use your recycled jars to provide samples for those new to our products.  Or you can keep your own jars to scoop out products from larger jars into. We are also in the process of creating solid perfume packaging that is refillable.

When we have confirmed our new location where you can collect your products and drop off refill jars to us to reuse we will let everyone know via newsletter and social media.

By adopting refills into our routines we can minimise waste, save money and reduce our footprint on our wonderful planet.

You won’t see all the products from our old website and shops on the new website but we’re still happy to make them up for you in larger containers and in refill jars. We aim to do our best to minimise waste and will do whatever we can to look after the environment.
